FULL SERVICE a song celebrating playing guitar for 40 years. Since 1984 it’s still is the best connection that has ever happened to me!
This melodic Instrumental song has shades of several music styles running over the fretboard of my 🎸 guitar, accompanied by other favourite instruments of mine such as a horn section and Hammond organ that finalised the song. This song is inspired by the 70's Rock music era when I started playing the guitar in 1984. Back in the 70's & 80's there was a smorgasbord of the best music ever produced by great musicians.
There were many reasons picking up the guitar, but first of all because of the guitar Gods. No matter what style they played it had a natural impact on me wanting to pursue playing music and by playing in bands I met many other musicians. The way different sounds are produced with the guitar & amplification and pedals became a obsession. Back in the 80's, I had 4x Amps running in stereo: 2x Marshall Combos Amps and 2x Peavy Amps and oh boy it was wonderful to have the perfect sound and it was loud!
Spending great time together with other musicians making music either in the rehearsal room or performing Live, these are the best musical moments I hold dearly. Playing guitar lead to many new adventures and I was fortunate to have played the Live music scene for so long and travelled because of that.
Nothing gets more intense than expressing feelings and emotions when playing strings on my guitar! Getting away in my mind when playing the guitar is priceless, even those bad times turn into good times these last 40 years. Playing the guitar has healing abilities!
FYI:
To celebrate this special occasion in style I kinda dressed up for this and pictures & video were made to promote the song and I ensured the shoes were matched with my Gold Top guitar.
Reminiscing the 80’s… back when my father had his Italian tailor made suits for him and wore his fancy handmade shoes, while smelling phenomenal a mile away. His motto in life was, looks first and taking care of business afterwards. So also in memory of my father I look sharp to honour him.
Talking about shoes and business adventures,
Golden shoes are available at The Trump Organization and recently elected President Trump also sells and signs very expensive Gibson Les Paul style guitars as well! Nobody knows guitars better than Donald Trump. I’m only stating facts about Donald Trump’s business products, I'm not here to promote or have any political affiliation.
Pick up a guitar 🎸 it heals you!
Full Service was played on my Sire L7 Gold Top guitar. This song was written while exploring new guitar sounds, yet the chase for the perfect guitar sound never ends!
Time goes by and everything will come to an end but guitar Gods, music and the electric guitar will live on forever!
Keep on Rocking!

FULL SERVICE SONG REVIEW:
Overall Impression
Full of groove and high on melody, This Is Sparta's riff-infused instrumental rock track "Full Service" manages to simultaneously pay homage to the classic rock sounds of the 70s while incorporating some extra spicy stylistic flourishes here and there. Drawing influences from an eclectic mix of rock, funk, blues, jazz, and even Latin styles, the composition is a thrilling ride through an instrumental landscape, all while creating something replete with catchy hooks and infectious grooves. From the soulful sax melodies and crunchy guitar riffs to the subtle warmth of the Hammond organ and the groove-heavy rhythm section, every element positively contributes to the other. The use of unison lines between the sax, guitar, and bass not only reinforces the groove but elevates the melodic aspects of the track, creating a powerful sound that manages to embody the spirit of the rock genre perfectly.
Strongest Point(s)
From the opening bars, the track sets its groove with a rhythmic pulse that immediately hooks the listener. There’s a deliberate and confident pace that invokes the swing feel of funk and jazz styles while an element of rawness and grit helps recall the swagger of classic 70s rock. The bass and drums lock into a deep groove that serves as the foundation for the piece, providing a solid foundation for the guitar and sax elements to take center stage. The rhythm section doesn't simply provide a backing but adds weight and texture that strengthens both the groove and the melody tremendously. The expressive sax melodies play a prominent role in the track and the way it wails and dances through the mix with its smooth yet fiery tone helps infuse the track with an undeniably jazz funk-esque sense of character. Equally arresting is the guitar, which complements the sax in a way that elevates the entire composition. The guitar riffs are crunchy and bold, a nod to the fiery, distorted tones of classic rock. Yet it’s in the subtleties of the phrasing that the guitar truly shines—intertwining conventional blues-based vocabulary and more exotic, nuanced phrases that introduce an unexpected flair. The saxist’s ability to evoke a soulful, smoky bluesiness whilst the guitar adopts a more adventurous, almost Eastern-inspired melodic line amongst its blues-based licks adds an air of mystery to the track.
One of the most exciting aspects of this track is how the unison lines between the guitar, sax, and bass serve to reinforce both the weight of the groove and the melody. These moments, where all three instruments come together in perfect harmony, create an almost orchestral effect, where the band seems to function as a single entity rather than individual players. The unison playing amplifies the intensity of the groove, creating a sense of unity that propels the track forward with irresistible force. It’s a technique that gives the music a collective, almost tribal energy, where the three instruments lock into a deep, resonant pocket that pushes and pulls with the rhythm section. Adding to the track’s textured atmosphere is the understated Hammond organ, which adds a sense of sonic depth without ever overpowering the other instruments. The organ’s presence brings to mind Deep Purple-esque moments—rich, full-bodied chords that offer harmonic support but also function as a coloristic element in the overall arrangement. Its tone serves as a perfect complement to the fiery brass and guitar, and it fills the sonic space without cluttering it.

VIPhone-DO NOT LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT
CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT YOUR PHONE
VIPhone a dedicated Rap Song about the lives of 2 young men travelling around Australia and Asia. This song written through the eyes of an old men, observing&trying to please my son's and his friends musical taste. Nothing can be done these days without a phone or A.I.
Back in my days when coins were used in a phone booth to call someone and sending handwritten letters. Everything changes and you either unfollow or adapt to modern times, I adapted with this song just for a while. I rise beyond my horizon so to speak, just trying to communicate to a younger generation. I must admit that I was a bit sneaky and pressed in guitars in the production just to cope. This song was written in 2 h:30 min which is a personal record for me!
I personally cannot live without my VIPhone either as it keeps my life connected to the world. I will conclude that in an artificial way, it is my best friend and I never feel alone!
Holy Moly
Where can you smoke a joint, without ending up in the joint… exactly Amsterdam-The Netherlands.
Holy Moly is a jazzy feel laidback total for fun song and is about those who visit Amsterdam’s legal famous coffee shops and the red light district while getting high on recreational drugs, our singer Kevin A.I who since is back home now in rehab until he is fit to perform again.
Amsterdam a place to meet free spirits from all over the Mediterranean especially from Spain, who seem to love the experience but of course also those from the rest of the world. Amsterdam is a dream place for those who love to explore coffeeshops and the red light district while getting high on recreational drugs day and night!
No place in this world is as liberated as this City of drugs, whatever you want and whenever you want, you can get it.
Holy Moly is created/written on my souped up T-style guitar and recorded with pure joy plugged into my amplifier.
I do not use recreational drugs, it’s making music that gets me high!
Hasta La Vista beh beh baby!
